This past weekend 6 members from RCR competed at the Speedo Sectional Championships in Pleasant Prairie WI finishing in 16^th place out 72 teams. Competing against the best swimmers from IA, IL, MN, ND, SD, & WI this was an excellent representation of the quality of swimmers we have here at RCR. This was an exciting meet filled was some really amazing swims, highlighted by Josh Jordan winning both the 50 & 100 free. In the 50 Josh narrowly missed his Olympic Trial cut by .10. Ben Sieve set a new state SD state record for the 15-16 age group in his 50 breaking the old mark that had been held since 1985. This was an excellent way to finish up the short course season for RCR.
