TEAM UNIFY
Team Unify (TU) is a swim team
specific software platform developed by swimmers for swim teams.
This platform has been chosen by the Board of Directors to be
the Rapid City Racers (RCR) official team management software.
It is accessed via our web site
http://www.rapidcityracers.com (which is hosted on teamunify.com).
TU is a multifunction platform
allowing the Racers to manage all aspects of our swim team.
TU:
1. Manages family
and swimmmer registration to RCR
2. Performs swim
meet sign up and event registration and meet fees online
3. Allow swimmers to
tract their times
4. Generates monthly
invoices and automatically e-mails them to members
5. Allows for
automatic online payment of monthly fees via credit card
6. Maintains active
team roster
7. 'On Deck' module
allows coaches real time access to the data base at meets
8. Maintains a
comprehensive e-mail system for the team
9. Has up to date
calendars for meets, practices, and meetings
10. Many more
administrative functions to allow the team to run more smoothly.
The Board of the Rapid City Racers
has designated the Team Unify system, via the Racers web site as
listed above and the e-mail system to be the
RAPID CITY RACERS OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION
TOOL between the Board, coaches, swimmers, and families.
All announcements, events information, invitations,
registrations, and sign up will be done exclusively through the web
site and e-mails. It is important to check your e-mail often
for important updates about your team.
